Our Properties provide a place to relax and recharge while you are in the Nevada & Ames area!
- We offer private units ranging from studio apartments, to one and two bedroom homes. Two of our properties are cabins and are a part of a historical Nevada site.

In Nevada, IA we offer two cabins - the Knotty Pine Bunkhouse & The Cozy Nook Cottage, a two-bedroom house - Home Away From Home, a two-bedroom apartment - Lincoln Highway Hideaway, and a studio apartment - The Urban Barn. Nevada offers a lovely experience of charming, small town Iowa and is only 10 min away from the bustling city of Ames(shopping, restaurants, and more!) and 15 min away from Iowa State University. Our properties are just a short walk away to the local ice cream shop, disc golf, & delicious, local cuisine!
In Ames, IA we offer a beautiful, one-bedroom apartment. Just a stone's throw away from downtown Ames, this charming space offers easy access to local shopping, cozy coffeeshops, and 5 star restaurants. The aquatic center is just a couple minutes drive as well. For the ISU fanatics, take advantage of the easy proximity to Hilton Coliseum, Jack Trice Stadium, and ISU central campus AND 1 block proximity to CyRide(the local bussing system). This is a wonderful place to call home during your Ames visit!
All of our locations offer free coffee, parking, welcome binders to help you navigate in the area, toiletries, and linens/towels. These are all great spots to stay for local events and provide the perfect place to have a peaceful and relaxing stay!
